CJPRIDE (Central Jersey Program for the Recruitment of Diverse Educators) is an organization of school districts with a mission of attracting diverse candidates to fill teaching positions in their districts. All of our districts have so much to offer. Professional educational opportunities are available and exciting things are happening in the districts that are part of the organization known as CJPRIDE.

a. Yes, you will need to register to enjoy all the CJ Pride Virtual Job Fair features such as visiting school district booths and collecting information on each district in your swag bag.
a. No, you do not need to download or install any additional software to participate in the job fair. You will need to have access to Wi-Fi, and have a camera-ready device if you choose to engage in video chats
a. You can upload a copy of your current resume, a cover letter along with a picture to go with your profile.
a. Please visit the chat rooms of school districts that have openings you may be qualified to teach. Additionally, when you enter the chat room, please type in your name and area of certification you hold so the district will know what job opportunity you’re looking for. Please do not past in a paragraph or more about your experiences or that will overwhelm the chat room. Your opportunity to share your level of expertise, accomplishments, etc. can be done when chatting directly with a school administrator in a private chat or video interview.
